River Bandits Name Joe Kubly General Manager
The Quad Cities River Bandits (Low A; Midwest League) have named Joe Kubly their General Manager, as he will take over the post later this month. Kubly, who served as the Bandits Director of Sales and Ticketing in 2014 and 2015, has been the President of the Grand Junction Rockies (Rookie; Pioneer League) since 2016. (more…)
