Triple-A season extended six games by MLB

MiLBIn what may be an indication that MLB sees its own season delayed or extended, the Triple-A season is being extended by six games through September 28.

The additions now push the Triple-A schedule to 150 games, with the original 144-game schedule remaining intact. The season was originally set to end Sept. 21; the season will now end Sept. 28, with each team gaining three home games and three away games.
