PSC adds Kane County Cougars to portfolio

Kane County CougarsProfessional Sports Catering is adding another client in the Low Class A Midwest League, as the Kane County Cougars is shifting concessions to the firm.

“PSC has an unprecedented reputation as a concessionaire due to the partnerships they create,” said Kane County President Mike Woleben. “We know they share our passion for customer service and will always bring Cougars fans the very best.”

Kane County becomes the sixth Midwest League team to partner with PSC, who will manage all aspects of the food operation, including staffing, concessions and non-game day events. Mike Koski takes the helm as Director of Food & Beverage. He gained experience in the Midwest League working as Assistant Director with the Lansing Lugnuts and Catering Manager with the Great Lakes Loons.

“We are excited to continue our growth in the Midwest League, especially with a team like the Cougars,” said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. “They have a top-notch facility with great entertainment options for everyone in the Chicago area.”

Professional Sports Catering, LLC, a full-service food and beverage company, was launched in 2005 by Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers. Dickson and Myers, the highly successful owners of minor league baseball teams including the Lansing Lugnuts and Montgomery Biscuits, started PSC to serve the needs of minor-league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food. With the addition of the Cougars, PSC now manages the food and beverage operations for eleven minor league baseball teams, and is poised for significant future growth.
