Bullfrogs propose scaled-down ballpark proposal
Green Bay Bullfrogs (summer collegiate; Northwoods League) owner Jeff Royle presented a scaled-back $12-million ballpark proposal to the city’s Redevelopment Authority with less seating and no restaurant.
