The Eugene Emeralds (Short Season A; Northwest League) will continue their relationship with the Chicago Cubs, thanks to a player development contract (PDC) extension. This agreement is for two seasons, meaning that the Emeralds will continue as a Cubs affiliate through at least 2018. (more…)
