PSC adds Erie to roster

Erie Sea WolvesProfessional Sports Catering, in conjunction with Mandalay Baseball Properties announced today that PSC will manage the food and beverage operation at Jerry Uht Park, home of the Erie SeaWolves (Class AA; Eastern League).

“The SeaWolves are excited to partner with Professional Sports Catering to bring our fans an enhanced game day dining experience,” said team president Greg Coleman. “We believe in delivering a high quality ballpark experience and unsurpassed customer service, and PSC shares those values.”

PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation, including concessions, catering and staffing for all SeaWolves home games. Fans will notice an immediate difference on the concourse with the addition of portable carts and a variety of new menu options. PSC also plans to re-energize concession locations with updated overhead signage and menu boards.

“We are thrilled for the opportunity to partner with the SeaWolves and expand our operation to the Eastern League,” said Tom Dickson, Chief Executive Officer of PSC. “Our goal is to provide a great food experience for Erie fans including, fresh food options and quality service.”

Professional Sports Catering, a full service food and beverage company, was launched in 2005 by Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers. Dickson and Myers, the highly successful owners of minor league baseball teams including the Lansing Lugnuts and Montgomery Biscuits, started PSC to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food, and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. With the addition of the SeaWolves, PSC now manages the food and beverage operations for twelve minor league baseball teams, and is poised for significant future growth.
