We have personnel news to report from a pair of Class AA Eastern League teams–the Erie SeaWolves and the Harrisburg Senators.
In Erie, the SeaWolves have announced a promotion and an addition to their front office.
Brendan O’Neill has been promoted from Account Executive to Director of Ticket Sales and will oversee ticket and hospitality sales for the organization. O’Neill joined the SeaWolves in the fall of 2016 and is entering his second season with the team. O’Neill is a Crystal Lake, IL native and a 2013 graduate of Illinois State University.
Brennan Becker joins the SeaWolves as Director of Merchandise. Becker served as a seasonal Operations Assistant at UPMC Park during the 2017 season. He will handle the day-to-day operations of the SeaWolves Team Store and online merchandise sales. Becker is a Titusville, PA native and a 2016 graduate of Clarion University.
“We are excited to promote Brendan and give him the opportunity to lead our tickets sales efforts for 2018,” SeaWolves President Greg Coleman said. “We also would like to welcome Brennan as he embarks on his career in professional sports. Our people are our brand, and we are proud to have both Brendan and Brennan take their next career steps with the Erie SeaWolves.”

In Harrisburg, the Senators have announced two promotions and several additions.
The two promotions are Jonathan Boles to Assistant General Manager and Jessica Moyer to Director of Group Sales. Added to the full-time staff are Jeff Bell, Brenton Bender, Josh Bleyer, Kevin Hickey, Tyler Liles and JK McKay. Senators President Kevin Kulp made the announcement.
Boles began his Senators career as an intern in 2008. He was hired in the fall 2008 as an Account Executive. Boles graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Sports Administration and minors in Business Administration and Economics. He’s a native of Mechanicsburg, graduating from Mechanicsburg High School in 2003. When he’s not spending his time at FNB Field, Jon likes to work out and spend time volunteering with Junior Achievement. Jon is married, has one child, and makes his home in Carlisle.
Moyer also started as an intern in 2008 with the Senators. She was hired in January 2009 as an Account Executive. Jessica grew up attending Hagerstown Suns games and eventually interned with the Suns prior to joining the Senators staff. She graduated from Shephard University with B.S in Recreation & Leisure Studies with a concentration in Sports Management & Sports Marketing. In her free time, Jessica volunteers with the American Cancer Society. Jessica is married, has one dog, and lives in Harrisburg.
Bell was recently hired as an Account Executive by the Senators after interning with the Akron RubberDucks this past season. The Waldorf, MD native graduated from Malone University in 2016 with a B.S. in Management of Sport. Prior to interning with the RubberDucks, he interned with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs in 2015. While not at the ballpark, he enjoys playing and watching sports and reading comic books. He lives in Harrisburg.
Bender is an Account Executive. He spent the 2017 season as an intern with the Senators. Before joining the Senators, he spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Eagles and CBS Radio. He graduated magna cum laude in 2017 from Temple University with a B.S. in Sport & Recreation Management. He resides in Lebanon County with his wife Tasha and their four children.
Bleyer is the new Sales & Service Coordinator for the Senators. He previously interned with the Senators in 2016 in the box office and 2017 as a sales and service intern. Josh graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2016 with a B.S. in Sport Management and a minor in Communication Studies. He’s a lifelong diehard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Josh is from Lewistown, PA but now resides in Lemoyne.
Hickey is an Account Executives with the Senators. He spent the 2017 season as an intern with the Senators. The Greensburg, PA native graduated from Penn State in 2014 with a B.S. in Business Management. He completed his MBA in Sports Management from Seton Hill University in 2016. In Kevin’s free time he enjoys watching sports and playing golf. He currently resides in Camp Hill.
Liles has been hired as an Account Executive. He interned with the Akron RubberDucks this past season. Prior to interning with Akron, he interned with the Toledo Mud Hens. Tyler graduated in 2016 from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Sport Management and a Minor in General Business. A former military brat, Tyler now makes his home in Harrisburg.
McKay was hired as the Senators Community Relations Coordinator. He was born and raised in Mansfield, AR. He was hired as the community relations intern in January 2017. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016 with a B.S. in Public Relations. In his free time JK enjoys playing volleyball, running and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. He lives in Harrisburg.
