Hops hold topping-out ceremony for new ballpark

Hillsboro Hops topping-out ceremony

A topping-out ceremony is held when the last steel frame on a structure is put into place. Many times you’ll see an evergreen tree affixed to that last beam, but in Hillsboro flags were used.
