Suns, 102.3 The Beach Sign Radio Deal
The Jacksonville Suns (Class AA; Southern League) have a flagship station for 2016, as the team has signed a deal with 102.3 The Beach. The agreement between the Suns Baseball Network and the Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting Corporation ensures that all 140 regular season games will be heard on 102.3 FM, which would also air any potential playoff contests. SeaWolves Sign Lease Extension Through 2020
The Erie SeaWolves (Class AA; Eastern League) and Erie Events have announced a new lease agreement that will keep the Seawolves in town through 2020. A major change that could result from the deal is the name of the ballpark, as the Seawolves can now sell naming rights to Jerry Uht Park. (more…)
