Thanks to a pair of new partnerships, the Gary SouthShore RailCats (independent; American Assocation) are mixing up the food and beverage options at U.S. Steel Yard. Stanz Foodservice will be the team’s food supplier, while Indiana Wholesale Wines & Liquors is partnering with the RailCats to bring new beverages to the ballpark.
With over 90 years as an independent, family-owned, food distributor, South Bend-based Stanz Foodservice will be the premier supplier of food items to the RailCats in-house concessions staff.
“The quality, selection, and service that Stanz Foodservice provides allows us to offer our fans high quality concessions that enhance the overall experience at the U.S. Steel Yard.” said RailCats General Manager Brian Lyter.
Indiana Wholesale Wines & Liquors is partnering with the RailCats to bring Barefoot Wines and New Amsterdam Spirits to U.S. Steel Yard – including the development of the Barefoot Wine Picnic Patio!
Patrons on the Barefoot Wines Picnic Patio will be able to choose a buffet picnic package that runs from $17 – $20 and can include different options such as hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ chicken breasts, and our in-house BBQ pulled pork. Guests will also be able to add domestic or premium beer packages and Barefoot Wines to their parties.
The Miller Lite Party Decks will offer three buffet options for $35 person. Guests will choose between three different options – Backyard BBQ with hot dogs, hamburgers, and our in-house BBQ pulled pork, Mexican Fiesta with chicken tacos and steak fajitas, or Little Italy with Chicago Style italian Beef, italian sausages, and spaghetti with meatballs. Guests will also be able to add domestic or premium beer packages and Barefoot Wines to their parties.
RailCats Luxury Suites will take food service and hospitality to a whole new level this year, with multiple menu options including ballparks staples like hot dogs, polish sausages, and hamburgers all the way up to in-house pulled pork, carved prime rib, and filet tenderloin sliders.
