We have two notable jersey promotions from the Lakewood BlueClaws (Low Class A; Sally League) for this summer: a Boy Scout-themed jersey and a delightfully garish Ugly Christmas sweater jersey, both scheduled to be worn in June.
The Boy Scout-themed jersey will be worn on June 7, and the Christmas Jersey will be worn on Friday, June 19. As a bonus, a Christmas ornament will be June 19’s giveaway, while a certain Santa Claus is scheduled to be on hand.
Both jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction. Proceeds from the Boy Scout Jersey will benefit the Jersey Shore Council of Boy Scouts while proceeds from the “Ugly-Sweater Jersey” will benefit BlueClaws Charities and their 45 Community Partner organizations.
