“Having the opportunity to bring Minor League Baseball to households all across America every week on a national television stage is something we have wanted to do for years,” said Michael Hand, Chief Marketing Officer for Minor League Baseball and President, MiLB Enterprises. “Each week’s broadcast will showcase a different ballpark and teams giving fans a glimpse into what MiLB is all about — cool team names and logos, seeing the superstars of tomorrow, unique concessions items and everything in between. If the first month of telecasts is any indication, it’s going to be an action-packed summer of fun for our millions of loyal fans.”

A total of 28 teams are being featured on the CBS Sports Network broadcasts, as well as eight different leagues and more than 20 Major League Baseball affiliations. Dick Gabriel and Doug Flynn will continue to anchor the weekly broadcasts, with Lauren Gardner serving as roving reporter.
