PSC to manage Grasshoppers concessions, catering

Greenboro GrasshoppersA deal to announce: Professional Sports Catering (PSC) will manage all aspects of the food operations at NewBridge Bank Park, home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers (Low Class A; Sally League), including concessions, catering and staffing for every event at the ballpark.

“PSC is very excited to partner with the Grasshoppers organization.” said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. “We admire the job that Team President Donald Moore has done throughout the team’s ten years at NewBridge Bank Park. We cannot wait to introduce some changes to the food experience, and begin a long-lasting partnership with the Grasshoppers!”

PSC and the Grasshoppers have developed a new vision for the concessions and catering operation at NewBridge Bank Park that includes specialty food carts, new branded food options, and most importantly, all food items cooked fresh in front of fans. PSC’s service oriented approach has resulted in one of the fastest growing food service providers in sports. PSC’s commitment to its core operating principles has allowed it to become one of the largest in Minor League Baseball.

The Grasshoppers will debut their new concession tastes and smells on Friday, April 3, 2015 as they welcome the Miami Marlins for an exhibition game. Ticket sales information will be published soon.
