Talk about above and beyond: The Reading Fightin Phils (Class AA; Eastern League) are introducing a unique Fightins Concierge Service.
It’s pretty simple: after a fan signs up for the service and put down a $1,000 payment, they can let a personal concierge know which game they are attending and then build a customized fan experience on the night of their outing. Following a request, the concierge will deduct the amount from the initial payment and craft the experience. This could include announcing a batter over the public address system, having a cocktail on the warning track, waitress service, or delivering the ball to the starting pitcher, among many other options. The Fightins Concierge Service has prepared a list of options, but fans are free to pitch their own.
“You can’t ask for a better way to make sure your clients, friends, or family go home happy at the end of the night,” said Fightins General Manager Scott Hunsicker. “With such a variety of unique fan experiences and personal consultation, you will be offering a one-of-a-kind evening that hasn’t been seen yet in Minor League Baseball.”
