New York-Penn LeagueThe original New York-Pennsylvania League ran between 1923 and 1938 and was the immediate predecessor of the Eastern League. The current New York-Pennsylvania League was originally known as the PONY League in 1939-1956 before adopting the current New York-Pennsylvania League moniker in 1957.
