Brashear is a heavy hitter, obviously, and his duties will include more than just the ballpark negotiations: he’ll be working on potential ballpark funding from the Nebraska Legislature. The Royals, for their part, say they’re still looking at all their options, which could include a move to Texas or Vancouver.
