Santiago spent last season as a Community Group Tickets Representative, handling the club’s interaction with local youth teams and booking birthday parties. In his new role, he will serve as the team’s primary contact for all ticket sales, including season tickets and mini-season plans. He will also continue to oversee the club’s merchandise and retail operations, which are responsibilities he handled last season as well.
